i5 2320 and Asus P8Z77-V LX Motherboard

Will these two components work toghether? I have an ATX case and all the other components, but I need to know if these two will work? The specs for the Motherboard are here:Socket 1155, 32GB DDR3 Support, ATX, Intel Z77 Express, USB 3.0, CrossFireX Support, Dual Intelligent Processors 3). Sadly I wouldn't know where to look for the CPU specs, so if you could help, that would be great!

They are compatible, and if you get the good deal on that MB then you are OK, otherwise you can the H77 MB because the Z77 is for OC the k version cpu and it is more expensive than the H77.
