I5-2320 Bottleneck Question

I am planning to completely upgrade my system but keep my CPU (which is an I5-2320) and I needed to know; would this processor have any problem handling a R9 290? I can't find any info on the problem that actually helps.

that should be fine assuming your power supply is a quality 450-500w unit.
