i5-2320 can it run The Division?

My brother wants to purchase "The Division" but I dont think his PC is good enough to run it.
Specs:

i5-2320
Sapphire HD 7950 3GB
8GB RAM

minimum pc requirement for the division is i5-2400.
I dont want him to waste $80 on the game, have anyone tried the game on this cpu?

It will run but maybe not so well. His cpu is just under the min requirement so don't expect it to run great but it will run. I do not have the game or the cpu but am just using my 20+ years of PC gaming experience.

The 2320 is only 100mhz slower than the 2400, shouldn't be much of a problem.

If you're buying it from steam you can just easily refund it as long as it's within 2 hours of playtime and 14 weeks within purchase.
