i5 2320 still good for gaming?

hello, wondering if the i5 2320 3.0ghz is still good enough for gaming or is it time for a upgrade?

it's going to be a r7 370 2gb, not hardcore, but since need new motherboard to be able to use it thought maybe it was time for new processor as well.

Why would you need a new motherboard, im assuming it has a pcie x16 slot.

Yes, but x16 pcie lanes have been on mobos for years, I dont see why a new gpu would not work.

it's the bios, the motherboard that came with my comp is crappy and don't let you do stuff with bios, so only way to use newer stuff is to get new motherboard, and probably new os as well since the os is oem from dell
