i5 2400 bottlenecking R9 290?

I have now a HD 7950, and I wanna upgrade to a new GPU. I think I need to go with R9 290 for more performance, but will my CPU bottelneck the R9 290?

I will upgrade my GPU in the next month.

It should be fine. A negligible difference from i5 4670k . Probably 1-5 fps difference depending on the games but that is due to higher clock speed and different architecture.

It might be a bottleneck in some cases, but you will still get great performance with this combination.
