I5 2400 only turbo boosting to 3.2 ghz

I5 2400 wont boost higher then 3.2 ghz even though the bios shows first core should boost to 3.4ghz and the second to 3.3 ghz and so on.

Under full load it will boost to 3.2, but when a single core is under complete load it goes to 3.4 / What tasks are you doing? Single thread applications should show 3.4, but multi will show 3.1 / You are seeing 3.3 every once in a while because it is using a single core heavily and then backs off and spreads to other cores.
