i5 2400 overclocking

Would love any input on if it's possible to overclock i5 2400 in this kind of setup -
HP Compaq 8200 Elite MT
MB - Hewlett Packard Q67
320W Stock PSU
75W GTX 1050 Ti
Any suggestions on overclocking itself would be appreciated as well because this would be my first time overclocking CPU.

you are probably bios locked. you could search hard on the internet for a bios crack, but that wont guarentee you can mess with the turbo settings. otherwise just go into your bios and see if there are turbo multipliers you can modify. if there are and it will allow you then you should be able to go 4 bins higher than stock.
