i5 2400 vs i5 2500 (GT 1030)

I'm buying a new (used) pc. I found 2. The one with the i5 2500 costs around 10 euros more, and this i5-2400 is 100% safe, I know the seller. Is there a big difference between these two? (Using it for Rising Storm 2 Vietnam, which i'm currently running with a Pentium Dual Core, (i want to get more fps )))))))))

Considering they are both kinda old, I would get the best one you can. The 2500 is about 5% faster than the 2400 (200mhz), so 5% performance bump is worth 10 bucks in my opinion. But will you see a difference in 5% fps in a game? Perhaps not.

I suggest to go safer. Means with i5 2400 because you dont want any future problems. And must use 8gb ram for play gta v and gpu atleast gt 1030 or rx 550
