Question i5 2400S , 10GB RAM CPU stucking too much while browsing the internet

My PC's specs.

Memory: 10 GB
Processor: Intel i5 2400S 2.5ghz.
OS: Windows 7 ultimate (Window 10 stucks too much even after fresh installation so I installed win 7 ultimate)
SSD: 240 GB Kingston
HDD: 500 GB

My PC stucks too much with above mentioned specifications. Whenever I use YouTube in Mozilla Firefox, its stucks too much and video frame freezes for a while. Even low specs. games stuck too much. Even it stucks whenever I try to open two or more webpage and sometime stuck on a single page.

Is anyone have an idea, why it is happening?

How do you have 10GB's of ram populating the motherboard's ram slots? Is this a prebuilt system? You also need to mention the make and model of your motherboard as well as the version of BIOS on the motherboard. Where did you source the installer for Windows 7? Ideally you should be recreating the installer for Windows 10 using Windows Media Creation Tools.

• Ram 8 + 2 GB (Only two ram slots are there)
• No it is not pre-build system, I upgraded this time to time.
• Motherboard - Gigabyte H61 M-S
• Inbuild Chipset - Intel Sandy bridge
• Bios Version - F3
• I upgraded win 10 from media creation tool.
• My YouTube only stucking in when I m trying to open in win 10 but smoothly running in win 7.
