with the i5 cpu , was recommended these graphics cards, but I think they've been discontinued.

I would suggest getting a sound card ^.^"
For optimum rendering speed, more ram (8 totally enough) and use quicksynch...
The Z68 is just marginally superior to the P67 chipset, you might want to change up for combo deals from where you purchase the CPU.
