i have a i5 2500 and my temperature is currently at 40 -50 at idle ...but it goes above 90 and bsods even after cooling down ...so the thing is i didnt change the stock cooler from my previous pentium g620 and im using it on the i5 2500 ever since i bought it..so should i use an aftermarket fan or just put on the i5 2500 fan on it... or should i buy new fan cases?

If you have the stock fan & heatsink that came with the i5-2500, I would try that first before spending any money. It is designed to work with your CPU, after all. Also, check to see if your case can take additional fans or not -- it's sometimes cheaper (& definitely easier) to add case fans to your build than to fit an aftermarket cooler.

will deepcool stockcooler be enough? it costs around 10 dollars in my region and i am looking for something within that range

its almost same as your stock one is your stock cooler dead?

not dead ...but 80 /90 plus temperature isnt a good thing..so thats y i wanna change it...should i first try cleaning the heatsink? like tbh im using this fan for 5 yrs and the heatsink aint been cleaned even once..like the dust inside my cpu was blown out by a blower when i got a new gpu and stuff..but the heatsink was never cleaned..should i try that first?

i have already mentioned above you should clean your CPU heatsink 1st
