I5 2500k overclocking

I'm currently in the process of making a new PC build and the CPU I've chosen to go with is the i5 2500k. What I'm interested in knowing is high could I push the 2500k safely while running it at the increased performance level for extended periods of time.. say 6+ hours.

My build is including:

Intel i5 2500k
Asus p8p67 - pro - b3
Coolermaster haff-922 (Standard fans that come with the case)
Coolermaster hyper 212+
Coolermaster silent pro m700 700watt

Asus gtx560 ti DCU2 overclocked

If your OC is stable, you can run it for as long as you'd like. The beauty of the 2500k is that all you have to do is raise your CPU multiplier to OC. The base clock stays at ~100 MHz. To give you an idea, check out this link:
