i5 2500k Ratio won't pass 3,7 GHz

Hello! I have a I5 2500k, and I wanted to OC it, but in Bios, the max multiplier I can set is 37. I have disabled Intel Turbo boost, and updated Bios to latest version.
Motherboard: gigabyte pa65-ud3-b3(rev. 1.0)
I suspect that it is happening because of the motherboard
I hope someone will have some ideas to try
