i5 2500K Sell it or keep it?

Upgraded my system, I have this and a MSI P67A-GD80 motherboard with 8gig ddr3 ram. I could build a spare pc and it would most likely gather dust as a back up or sell it going price $100 on ebay.

Picking out low priced parts is risky, or used parts.
