Thinking of this build
--------------------------------
ATM
i5 2550k 3.3ghz
gtx 560
4gb ram
i dont remember psu cus pre baught!
also not remembering my motherboard!
-----------------------
thinking of getting
CPU: i5 2550k 3.3ghz (keeping)
GPU: gtx 770 (msi's)
Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G45 Gaming
Chassi:NZXT H440 Red/Black color

Nothing will be bottlenecked on that system and will be pretty fast😀
Are you planning to overclock your CPU? Just wondering as you are getting the unlocked K version.
If you want different memory the G.Skill memory i use is very nice and also red.
I use the G.Skill 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz RipjawsX Memory

You're gonna need to check your psu, it's gonna need to be at least 600w-for the graphics card--so the producer recommends.
You won't get a bottleneck with that proc, it will work just fine.
The ram should work too.

1 question i wont overclock the cpu and keeping its old. But should i get a after market cooler or keep the stock one. And should i get some new cooling paste.

If you are going to remove the CPU, heatsink from the motherboard and refit it you will need new thermal paste but if you are not removing the heatsink it will be fine just as it is.
As you are not planning to overclock your CPU i would just keep the stock cooler:)

so i should just take the stockcooler and heatsink with the cpu to the new motherboard? i shouldnt switch any of thats on the cpu. not even thermal paste

Ah sorry your getting a new motherboard. You will have to buy some thermal paste as you will have to remove and refit the CPU.
The best thermal paste is Arctic Cooling MX-4 😀
