I have an i5-3330 and managed to OC it to 3.4Ghz with an AsRock Z77 Extreme 4. I'm also running an EVGA GTX 970 OC'ed to 1450 Mhz.

I can run Battlefield 4 locked at 70 fps, all Ultra, 4x MSAA. CPU can sit around 80-100% (50C tops) in 64p games, where my 970 barely hits 45C. lol 😛 Though, I will get some FPS drops and it can go to around 45 fps sometimes. (for only 1-2 seconds)

Capped at 70 fps, min 40fps, avg 60-70.

Am I bottlenecking?

slight bottleneck, but nothing major, just assuming your running 1080p. You wouldnt get that much of an increase by going to a higher end i5. an i7 will increase your minimum fps on bf4 multiplayer maps. To determine a cpu/gpu bottleneck, lower the resolution by half or more and test again, if fps remains more or less the same, then its a cpu bottleneck, if performance goes up after dropping the resolution significantly, then its a gpu bottleneck.
