i've heard that Alienware is the best gaming computer and can get 1 with the i5 3330 for my price but from what i've read (and keep in mind that i'm no techie) the 3570k is the best of the i5's. I can get the 3570k in a cyberpower. so, 1. is the 3570k THAT much better, and 2. do i buy the name (alienware) with the 'lesser' processer?

Follow this link to see a comparison of both chips: http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare/496/Intel_Core_i5_i5-3330_vs_Intel_Core_i5_i5-3570K.html

In short, the 3330 is 400-600 MHz slower than the 3570K at stock speeds.

The bigger deal is that the 3570K has an "unlocked multiplier", which means that you can freely overclock in 100MHz increments, subject to power and heat limitations. Depending on the aftermarket cooling provided, you can get to 4.5GHz or so. In comparison, the 3330 (and all non-K i5 chips) can only be overclocked by +4 multipliers, which means in the 3330's case that it'll top out at 3.6GHz even with Turbo Boost activated.
