i5 3330S bottleneck GTX 1060?

I have B75A-G41 with 8GB RAM, 250GB SSD, i5 3330S, GTX 650 1GB. And i want to buy GTX 1060. resolution 1920x1080
How bad will CPU bottleneck GPU. I play Heroes of the Storm, GTA V.

Another question i can uprgade this cpu to i7 3770 for 175 USD. Is it worth?

it will slow, but probly not truely bottleneck the 1060.

but I'd go for the 3770
