i5-3337u 1.8 ghz processor using .77 ghz

i have a dell 15r 5521 laptop. it is supposed to utilize 1.80 ghz but it is utilizing .77 ghz with heavy/light load. it doesnt change.
i tried stoping some cpu loading applications but it changes nothing, it still remains .77 ghz.

Usually with this kind of thing it's some kind of power-saving or quiet-mode setting that keeps the processor running at a lower speed.

I can't find anything quickly about that laptop, but checking the power management settings and also see what all the special functions (Fn + key) are.

there is no function key specified for power. Any other solution @Moonstick2?

Omg it just boosted up to 2.5 ghz.. but its max speed is 1.8?
