i5-3350p heat problem maybe? Help

i am using a stock cooler and when i ran prime95 my temps maxed out at 74 on 2 cores and 72/73 on the other 2 cores. Is this safe for my cpu? and i idle around 30 degrees. after i stopped it they went back to 30 in like a minute
