i5 3450 + P8H61-M LE?

Hi there, I'm currently using Pentium G2020 on my P8H61-M LE BIOS v.3605.

I've checked their site and looked for i5 3450, it is on the list on my motherboard (P8H61-M LE) validated since BIOS 3605

So my question is, it is possible just to replace my current processor with the i5-3450 that i bought by just replacing the current one without the need to update the BIOS?
