i5 3450 temps too high?

My i5 3450 get temps of around 75-82 degrees under gaming load. Is this a cause of concern or just fine? I have a stock cooler and cm 690 III case with 1 200mm and 1 120mm intake fans and 2 120mm exhaust fans. The room temperature currently is around 30-35 degrees.

At those ambient temps I would say you're ok. Still if you are worried it might be worth giving it a good clean, perhaps reapply your thermal compound.

I would advise that at those Temps there is some strain on the cpu which will reduce the lifespan. An inexpensive solution would be like a hyper 212 evo.

Good call, OP didn't mention cooling solution and I didn't think to ask....going to bed brain needs reboot....
