i5 3450 vs 4440 with a gtx 750ti

I was planning to buy a new i5 processor
Price difference between these processors are about 1300rs=20 dollars
When we consider gaming which of these processor is better when we neglect the inbuilt graphics and couple it with an asus gtx 750 ti.Will the 4th generation 4440 have significant improvement in gaming performance than 3450 or a 3450 is enough to play the games at
1366*768 resolution for upcoming games like witcher 3,far cry 4 etc even at the lowest settings.

at those settings, you won't see a performance difference at all when it comes to gaming. just get the cheaper CPU
