I have a good opportunity to upgrade my old gaming system (i5 3450) to a R5 1600 (and OC it). I will use my actual GPU in this new system, a Nitro+ RX480 8GB OC.
1600 will beat it by a good distance, even better when it's optimized.
Can you elaborate on that? I see many people here saying that it isn't worth to upgrade a 4440 to a 1600 (and the 4440 is = 3450 in terms of performance).
I'm a bit confused if you will gain any performance with this upgrade
That doesn't say much to me... I tried to find some bechmarks to compare the 2, and it doesn't seem to have any big difference in fps, at least with the RX480. Am I wrong?
