I5 3470 bottleneck gtx 1050 Ti ?

Hey,
I want to buy a used hp elite 8300 and then add a gtx 1050 Ti LP.
Will it bottleneck ? And can it run games good ?

It won't bottleneck. You can even run a 1060/RX580 without bottlenecking. Above that however you'll start running into issues.

Will depend on the game. There several modern AAA games that a i5 3470 won’t hold an average 60fps. However a 1050Ti @ 1080p can easily hold 60fps at 1080p in all games as long as you don’t push the settings too high.

FYI even my 4670k @ 4.3Ghz has some drops under 60fps in a few games but just about holds an average of 60fps.
