hello, my i5 3470's max temp is getting up to 66C while on full load. is this normal or too hot ?? (room temp is 30C) currently I m using intel stock cooler without any overclocking ... really appreciate any help ..

With the stock HSF (heatsink/fan) on the Intel® Core™ i5-3470 temperatures of 66°C under full load isnt out of the question. I wouldnt be concerned with the temperatures until it was reaching into the mid 70s. You can check to make sure that the HSF is seated well by reaching in to check each of the twist clips and pulling straight up. If you can pull any of them straight up than it wasnt seated well and you are going to want to reseat it.

Max temp is 100c, and the laptop will shutdown before it reaches it. troll somewhere else moron.

that is definitely not normal .. you shouldn't have such idle temps anyways.. just recheck your heat sink.. my max load temps while playing Farcry 3 is also 66C.. and idle 30c-40c ...
