Will i5 3470 will bottlenck RTX 2060? If so, by how much?

In newer CPU heavy titles it likely will somewhat. How much will depend on the game, no way I can give you an accurate answer of how much it will hold back a 2060. I can make a guess for a specific game if you want.

Battlefield V or I i know its cpu usage heavy, Witcher 3, in the future ill change my cpu so i tihnk buying rtx 2060 now is good deal, cuz my old gtx 670 broke after 5 years of usage. Maybe ill try assasin's creed cuz never player it, mostly im not playing single games, from time to time only
