i5 3470 temps

Hi , I've Intel I5 3470 CPU , 3.2Ghz .. Temps are 35-40c idle , and around 65c under load (Battlefield 4 High Settings For Example) ..

So this is normal ? I mean I have a water cooler installed and I don't know what else should I do ..

Note : Room temp around 25-30 ..

It is within ops limits and your place is warm.
