My motherboard died today and I'm trying to find a motherboard that has 8pin cpu, ddr3 ram slot and lga1155

I think he means the 8-pin (vice the 4-pin) aux power connection that many motherboards have (in addition to the normal 24-pin connection). Assuming that is correct, that really should make no difference for the motherboard.

What is your budget and where on the "Big Blue Marble" do you live?

I need the 8pin because I don't have the 4pin connector for the cpu, I live in australia

Many of those 8-pin connectors are actually 4+4-pin connectors that can be separated in the middle.
