I have this system:i5 3470s,gtx 1060 6gb,12 gb of ram..this cpu can carry the games from theese days or it needs a upgrade?

It will be able to play some games, but it will definitely struggle on newer titles.
So it will be OK for some games, but others, not so much unfortunately.
