I'm planing to buy a core i5 3550 with asus radeon r9 270x directcu 2 top. Just wanted to know if my rig will be bottlenecked or not?? My RAM is 8GB and I have 1 1080p monitor.

Solution

It won't be bottlenecked.. 3550 would be able to handle 270x just fine..
