I5 3550 vista motherboard

Hi all, I'm upgrading and have decided on the i5 3550 , wont be over clocking but I'm a bit stumped on the mobo as I've heard some aren't compatible with vista home premium 32 bit. It doesn't have to be xfire/sli though I wouldn't mind if in the futureI decide to get another gpu. Price range between £60-£120 , one thats noob friendly for installing of possible by that I mean not having to flash bios, just plug and play if possible my gpu is a hd 6970 of that helps cos its a decent size. Any suggestions?
