Everything looks great buuuttt...
I would get the ASRock z77 Extreme3. Same price as that Gigabyte you picked but with more features.
Get the Low Profile version of the Corsair Vengeance since you have a CPU cooler.
The PSU is overkill. You can get away with 550w +-

thanks for the advice guys.

will def change cooler to the larger fan ver. thsanks!

i have seen the asrock mobo but wondered as to the brand?.. might just go for the extreme 4, seems to get great reviews everywhere!

still not sure wanting to spend so much on the case was thinking about the 300r. is the 500r worth the money?

7870 seems to be the card to go for tho? unless i'm wrong..!

The Corsair TX650 V2 has more than enough power for a build with two 7870s, but it does not have enough connectors; a 7870 requires two 6pin PCIe connectors each, the TX650 V2 only has two in total, so it is inadequate in that department. While it is fine to use adapters to get the final two PCIe connectors, when buying a new PSU you should get one that has all the connectors and other features you want/need.

XFX ProSeries 650W Core Edition (£65 @ Dabs)

Internally the same as the Corsair TX650 V2.
