i5 3570 boost clock 3791mhz?

Its say 3.8 ghz but in hwbench i saw 3.7ghz why?? Is the cpu broke?

3.8ghz is max turbo boost - speed achievable on single-threaded workloads only.
As soon as more than one core is being utilized, 3.8ghz can not be achieved anymore.
You'll get gradually lower max speed with each additional active core.

That cpu is not an overclockable cpu. In short, no you can not make the cpu run any faster. 3.8ghz is as fast as it will run and usually it will run below that.

Ivy-Bridge locked cpus can be turbo boosted upto 400MHz beyond factory settings, so 4.2GHz is attainable if bios allows for it, otherwise No, 3.8GHz will be your cap.

To get the 4 extra turbo bins you need a P67, Z68, or Z77 motherboard. Have seen a MSI Z77 and a ASUS Z77 motherboard that can force all cores to the max single core speed. 3.8 goes up to 4.2 on all four cores with multi-core enhancement. On your ASUS H67 motherboard you can overclock the IGP, or increase the FSB to 103 usually or 105 perhaps for only an extra 100 or 200 mhz.

No, I don't have that board and I don't see it in the manual. You will have to search through the BIOS/UEFI until you find something set to 100 or 100.00 and try 103 before trying 105. Much more than that has been known to corrupt the data on a hard drive.

Then it's a lost cause. Those cpus/boards were locked for a reason, Intel wanting the extra revenue from the K series cpus that are unlocked. Get the best you can, and call it a day.
