i5 3570 bottleneck gtx 980?

I'd like to know if an intel core i5-3570k would bottleneck a gtx 980?

(the cpu isn't overclocked)

No it won't mate - not massively anyway depending on if your looking for multi-screen/1440p+or 120htz+ - why isn't it overclocked though?

Simple answer. No. In most, if not all cases in gaming, the GPU-usage will hit peak before the CPU-usage will. In other words, the 980's potential will be fully realized.

but for example when i play gta 5 i get around 40-60 fps. I have seen on youtube that they have got 70-90 fps

There are some options that takes lots of FPS.In your case i would turn everything down in Advanced Graphic Options.
OC CPU will get you better FPS.
You can monitor your CPU and GPU usage with MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner Statistics Server(they come together when you install it).
