[SOLVED] i5-3570 clock jump

Have i5-3570 on P8Z68-V LX. Try overclock it via BCLK + Multiplier. Sometimes in CPU-Z clock jump from 4.2 to 1.6 .

1. All power saving mode disabled;
2. Windows in performance mode;

If you don't want the CPU to idle down when not under load, look in your BIOS for "Intel Speed Step" and turn it off.
