I am currently trying to transfer over my i5 3570 to a new motherboard and I was wondering what boards would work with it??

im looking to upgrade my system and keep the processor
I have a new atx case
this is the name of the computer im taking the processor out of
HP Compaq Pro 6300 SFF
i would like to use as many pieces out of it as I can the problem im having is power usage for a video card
so a decent card for the price that doesn't put me over the power usage of 240 watts
it has 4x4gb ddr3 1600
15 3570
1gb sata 7200 rpms hd
windows 10
not sure what motherboard

Yeah, don't bother. The PSU and the board have proprietary connectors.

ASRock Z77 Pro4 1155 Socket ATX Motherboard w/ Core i5-2400S 2.5GHz CPU may be a good choice.

A 240 watt power supply will also need replaced. A 500 watt power supply is recommended for for many systems. Check the video card specifications for minimum power requirements.
