So, I overclocked my i5 from stock 3.4ghz to 4.1. I decided to go with stock voltage, and with 20mins of Prime95 stress testing my CPU max voltage vas 1.161v, and max temp peeked at 75C. Am I fine with these?

You can use manual but that will force your set voltage running 24/7. I am using Offset instead that allows voltage fluctuation based on load. Offset is more difficult for high overclocks but for 4.1 you are going to make it easily. Start by small increment of plus +0.01 until you are stable. I cannot tell the exact voltage required since every chip will overclock in a different way but most probably you can be stable at 4.1 with 1.2 or 1.21 volts, since it's a mild overclock. It;s gonna be trial and error thing. 20 mins of Prime are not sufficient. Recommended is you run it over night.

Absolutely fine. I m sure it can do higher than that, provided you re on stock voltage but i wouldn;t recommend it since you should maintain low temps. 75C is good but don;t exceed upper 70s. A more efficient cpu cooling solution would offer more headroom to up your OC.

Edit: Since you are with stock voltage at 1.16, then having a plus offset of 0.04 will get you to ~ 1.2. If you are stable at 1.2, then try even lower till you crash again, then raise to previous stable. That way you know that your chip is running stable at lowest possible voltage/temps.
