i5 3570k bottleneck 295x2

Have a 3570k/GTX 780 rig want to go 295x2, will it bottle neck it?

Would rather not go through the hassle of replacing mobo + cpu but I need more GPU power so I can... get better score on Valley Benchmark and Heaven benchmark. (I know i know)

No. That is a top tier gaming CPU.

There will be some bottleneck compared to more powerful CPUs. The amount will depend on the game, settings and monitor resolution.

My guess is that it would be about the same as a FX8350.
