I've decided it's time to upgrade my PC, so me and a friend are going to buy all of the components and build it up. My budget is around £800 and here's what I've got. I don't really have much understanding of overclocking so I don't really know if I'll be doing it. The 750W PSU probably isn't worth it either, if so, what watt of PSU would be best? The SSD is mainly just for the operating system too.

Intel Core i5-3570K 3.40GHz (Ivy Bridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor
XFX Double D Radeon HD 7950 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
8GB (2x4GB) Corsair Vengeance Jet Black 1600MHz CL9 DDR3 Dual/Quad Channel Kit [CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9]
GIGABYTE GA-Z77-DS3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) ATX Motherboard
730W be quiet! PURE POWER L7 80PLUS Bronze Power Supply
2TB Seagate Barracuda ST2000DM001 3.5" SATA III Hard Drive
Mushkin Chronos 120GB 2.5" SATA-III Solid State Hard Drive
Samsung 224BB 24x DVD Re-Writer - SATA - Black - OEM
Zalman Z11 Plus Black Midi Tower Window Gaming Case

Please give any feedback or any improvements that could be made. Thanks

Looks pretty good! There are only a few minor changes I would make. First off, change that XFX to a Sapphire because Sapphire has the Vapor-X cooler on it, with higher (factory) overclock and better performance overall. Second, if you're going to pay that price for a mobo go with the ASRock Extreme 4, better overall and anyone can agree with it. The next change would be to the PSU, obviously. Not the most trusted brand, go Corsair. They have a nice 650W (MORE than enough for this build) for about $100 (if you can spare it), otherwise someone else here can give you a better lower-end PSU. I for one haven't looked too much into them. The last change needed to be made is the case. For that price range try Corsair's 300R or 400R. Another choice is the Rosewill Blackhawk.
