I5 3570k Idle Temps

I recently put my first built computer together, but one concern I have is that the cores on my CPU are kind of hot (or at least i think so).
core 0=39-44 core 1=33-35 core core 2=38-40 core 3=30-32. Is this normal?
Room temperature is around 24 Celsius.

Those are not terrible idle temps, you should worry more about your load temps.

Those values seem perfectly normal to me. My cpu also run roughly around 40 degrees Celsius, while under load it goes to about 60 degrees Celsius for me. I'd say as a general rule for cpu's is that it's good if it's under 80 degrees Celsius.
