Hello everyone, after countless hours of research I have decided to get the 3570k. Before I was hell bent on getting an intel motherboard but now I'm open to any suggestions. Micro center currently has a processor+motherboard deal. (you get 50 off of the motherboard)

I think these 3 boards are pretty good

And get the RAM like this, unless u have already ....

I recommend CORSAIR Vengeance 99% of the time, quality RAM and low profile with XMP profile. And if u will get an aftermarket CPU cooler, low profile is the worry free remedy with perfect fit with any large cooler.
CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

Vengeance Low Profile heat spreaders have a reduced height of 1.03" (26.25mm). They're designed for high-performance systems with extra-large CPU coolers, small form factor system builds, or any other space-constrained application where standard Vengeance memory might not fit...

So many choices...

I'm thinking about purchasing the P8Z77-V or Pro with my i5 3750k Combo @ MicroCenter.

Although being on a budget the cheaper mobo's are tempting... Are you planning to go SLI at anytime? A lot of the mobo's don't support SLI...

nope, i will never overclock, have 10 video cards, 2000 displays, require 30 expansion slots, nothing like that. i would be fine with a matx board and probably even the i5 3450 but because of the great deal going on with micro center right now i could get better parts for like 30-40 bucks more.
