I am currently running 4.4ghz stock volts. I am ready to experience and learn how to overclock it to maybe 4.7ghz in between with manual voltages. However, I have ZERO experience in that area and I want to see if I can find a way to boost my CPU power so I can play my games smoothly without any issues. How do I do this step by step without messing anything up? Anyone know how to do this step by step without messing things up? Temps are normal from
Ide:39-30-34-31 and loads usually go up to 40 and 50's I see one core go to 60.
I originally had a Corsair H100iv2 cooler with pre-applied thermal but I had to reapply Thermaltake Diamond thermal paste because I accidentally pulled my heatsink when moving it to another case and it caused more heat issues and throttle. It was an emergency and I didn't like Thermaltake paste. I really wanna try Arctic Silver and see if it helps. I like the Corsair cooler thermal though.
What should I do? Sorry for the long messages. Teach me Obi-Wan Kenobi!
