My cpu is as in the title i5 3570k stock cooler , while normal using internet etc idle is 43-46C, while playing in heavy games like Battlefield 4 or Dying Light its about 83C, i was doing Prime95 stress test and temperatures jumped to 87C and i think it could go above 90C but i stopped test, temperatures are fine or not rly ?

your temps are far less than ideal. but assuming you are at stock vcore and no overclock you likely haven't done any real damage. if you are overclocked and it has been running these temps for a while then there is a chance some electromigration has taken place. eitherway, you should refrain from running your cpu near these temps; return to stock clocks and/or underclock your cpu a bit and get yourself any good quality $30 cpu cooler like a hyper 212 evo....
