Hi guys. First post on this forum, is this fine for a budget set up with the i5 3570k processor?

Processor : i5-3570K
RAM : Kingston 1333 Mhz 8GB
HDD : 1 TB SATA Western Digital Caviar
Cooler/Heatsink : Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Graphics card : Sapphire HD 7850
Case : Cooler Master HAF 922
PSU : Cooler Master GX 550W

Unsure on whether to add a sound card. Besides that though, this is pretty decent for a budget set up right?

Thanks!

Check the memory as most of the Kingston memory is running at 1.65v and you don't want to run at that with the 2nd and 3rd generation Intel® Core™ processors. Also I agree with skitz on the PSU but I would add SeaSonic and XFX. I really like the SeaSonic M12II 620w http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151095 which comes with a 5 year warranty. As far as a sound card unless you are a real audiophile dont worry about it as the most of the bards today will come with 7.1 audio off the board.

Would you suggest a Kingston 1600 MHz then? Or are you suggesting Kingston ram cards are ill advised aand I should look elsewhere? Like a Corsair 1600 MHz 8gb ven. twin?

And yes I've switched PSU's to an Antec VP550, only one tthat stays in the price range. Is that fine? Cheers.
