I had my mobo fry on my amd, so i built a new computer. Heres my specs:
MB MSI Z77A-GD55 ATX LGA1155
PSU OCZ|OCZ700MXSP 700W RT
CPU Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz
MEM 2Gx4|GSKILL F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL
VGA SAPPHIRE|100315L HD6850
HD 1T| SEAGATE 7K ST31000528AS
CASE HAF 912
CPU Cooler Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus 76.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing
TIM As5 (Line Method)

I have not overclocked.
My idle temps are around 30c-40c
I ran Prime 95 for about an hour and was hitting almost 70C

I've read some forums and have found alot of people with these temps with prime 95 and ivy bridge, i was just wondering if these are in normal ranges.
This is my first intel processor, so im used to my AMD running hot.
And if i should use another stress testing program?

Heres my HW Monitor, from just surfing the web, is my 5v a little high?

Replaced the PSU earlier today, and its working great.
My idle temps are:
38
29
33
26

Its currently 18 in my house.
Ive read that one of the cores is usually 10 cooler, so im not too worried about it.
I will post more when I eventually overclock. Thanks for your help!

Seems hot for no overclock. Im assuming you plan on overclocking, you could probably get away with undervolting too which should help temps a bit. Dont get me wrong your temps are perfectly fine just seems high. Also try Intel burn test and see what temps you get, I run about 12C hotter with intel burn vs Prime95.
