Hi guys, so i have a 3570k with a asRock z77 ext 4 running at 4.5ghz with a thermaltake jing an gelid gc extreme, and i having some problems with the temperature reading, the temps go from 40c to 70c in less than a second when i start the prime95,the temperature stays safe at 70c~75c and when in iddle the temp jumps 10c up and down really fast, this just occurs in the SO in the bios the temperature stays solids, i use a lot of softwares an all indicates the same (realtemp.afterburner,etc..), is this normal? how can i fix? (english is not my first language, so sorry for any mistakes.)

Solution
Yes, normal behavior. The temperature sensor in modern Intel CPUs is closer to hotter parts of the chip than in older chips, so you'll see a lot more and faster variation in temperature readings.
