i5-3570k tj max

was up toms hardware i have an i5-3570k and i want to monitor the temps im using real temp and i want to kno what should i set the tj max too.

my specs
cpu- i5 3570k @ 4.5ghz @ 1.26v
gpu- gtx 980 @ 1565 mhz
motherboard- asus p8z77 v-lx
ram- 16gb corsair xms3 1333mhz
powersupply- corsair rm850
cpu and gpu both on custom water loop
