i5 3570k use while gaming

Is it normal that an i5 3570k at stock uses 70/90% while gaming on 1080p? The game im talking about is battlefield bad company 2 on medium settings.

There are many games that will run your cpu at 90% or even 100. I saw it myself. Your cpu should be good.Have you had this before or is this suddenly happening

Since the start, never checked it before but since i got that rig new i wanted to check if everything woks fine. Its only bad company 2, bf3 locked at 65 fps uses 40%. Thats why i wonder why an older game like bc2 uses more, probably because all the fps

Try BF3 multiplayer on the largest maps that should put your CPU usage up. The single player is very light on the CPU.
