I5 3570k with Gigabyte UD3H or UD5H

I am looking at these two boards and still can't decide which one of them is better. I did however find a really good deal on the UD3H and 3570k combo.

Micro Center:

UD3H - $114.99

3570k - $189.99

Total (with tax) - $333.95

Newegg and Micro Center:

UD5H - $189.99

3570k (from Micro Center) - $189.99

Total (without shipping + tax) - $407.04

Is it really worth paying the $80 or more dollars for the UD5H? I also have PS/2 keyboard, which the UD5H doesn't have, so I'd have to spend even more on a keyboard.

Depends on what features you need. The higher end boards will have more ports, have more slots for SLI/Crossfire and overclock slightly better.

Nobody can tell you if that's worth $80, it's all about what you personally need. Compare the specs of the board, find out what's different and decide if that little extra is worth the $80.

Did you go in store and get these prices or just looked online ? I had a family member up north go to a MicroCenter for me since there not down here in Florida to get me a 3570k, turns out they offer a $50 savings on a Motherboard combo I ended up getting a Asus Z77 Sabertooth for $190 instead of the $240 newegg is charging. From my understanding they offer this deal on any 3570k/3770k purchase with motherboard combo.
